Hmmm my doctor dosen't agree with any supps. He said even taking protein is a no no. I don't know... for how much he talked crapped he might as well saved all of his words for people who smoke and drink =)

heres the thing, the doctor is allowed to have his own opinion, but should still give the right information, and let you decide after hearing the pro n cons

Well I asked the doc about a certen supp(I don't remember which one.)
He started saying about most if not all supps are bad for you and started rambling on. Ok... he told me about this fit "young man" being only 18-19 yrs of age. Always kept in shape, running, lifting, you name it I am sure he did it.
Well he always took protein and I think he said creatine, but I don't remember off hand. And he told me that he took protein while he was in boot camp(for which branch I don't know.) And said he took a heart attack and died on the spot. They never found out if it was the protein, but the doc blames it on that. I was like that's hardcore, but in my mind I was like your full of it. I don't know maybe I am somehow wrong?
