Long Term Sideeffects from R-ALA?
I've been taking r-ala for a while now and I was wondering if there are any negative sideeffects that could come with prolonged use....I've heard things about insulin sensisitivity etc...

It's a potent Antioxidant and is thought to improve insulin sensitivty so I doubt you would find much negative feedback about its long term use.
