Weight Gain Supps??
i have been trying to gain weight for some time and have taped my diet down pritty well. I am now taking Kre-Alkalyn 1500 and GNC weight gain 2200. the weight gain is no good, i have been on it for some time and seem to not gain anything. any suggestions??? thanks
also is there any supp i could take to up my appitie?

meal 1- 3/4 cup of oats 2tsp of Peanut butter
meal 2- weight gain 2200+2 cups of milk
meal 3- (PWO) weight gain 2200+2 cups of water
meal 4- Tuna and or chicken brest on wheat
meal 5- rick cakes snakcs
meal 6- red meat or chicken, veggies, brown rice, wheat pasta
meal 7- weight gain 2200+1 1/2 cups of water

h ha no ew kid im just trying to gain weight, thats not my exact diet, i have it ritten down and i donot have it with me right now so that is the best i could tell you off the top of my head. but im not sure how many carb cals and pro's i eat a day but i am a small guy 5,7 135 lbs... been training for 8 months only gaining 5 lbs. pritty bad...

everyone in my family is small my dad my mom, but not my bro he is jacked 5,9 190 lbs he only got this way by turning to Superdrol when he was 18 (my age now) so i have been thinkning of it, but im sure a nice base wouldnt be bad to start with and i would rather do it the natty way so if you have any advice to up the diet or anything let me know. thanks guys.

your definately doing the right thing by staying natty and gaining a base...You should check out the bulking sticky at the top of this forum...model your diet after that...then you can bring your rough draft back with your edits and we can help you finalize it

You need to eat, eat, eat your ass off. Even when you aren't hungry. Don't just eat anything, but just eat more of what you already have. Also, with your stats, your genetics play a huge roll in how big your body will let you get. Your body naturally wants to maintain homeostasis. You weren't meant to be 190 lbs. so getting there is gonna be next to impossible.
Also, you are probably over-trainning. I bet you keep pushing yourself harder and harder because you don't see any gains. Remember Rest=Growth. post your workout routine and we will be able to tell.
