    Getting Sick!

    Okay, so here's the deal. I'm currently 16 days into a superdrol cycle but started getting sick yesterday. I was on 20mg qd for the first week and 30 mg qd for the second but could only take 10mg yesterday due to the headache. I've put on 18lbs but am not sure what to do as any workout for a couple of days would be essentially useless. Should I go into PCT? Should I continue with the SD? Sorry this was written in a hurry, I'm at work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    what are your supporting supps? hwathorne berries help with the headaches

    how much hawthorne you getting? i would say upped hawthorne if you are getting headaches

    and you said you gained 18 lbs. in 16 days? damn that's really impressive bro. is lean or some fat?

    Gaining 18lbs surprised me more than anyone. The crazy part was that 15 came between days 3 & 10. To answer your question, I'm taking 500mg Hawthorn berry qd. My biggest concern, however, is as to whether or not I should continue the SD while sick or just begin PCT.

    How sick are you? Cold or flue? If you're not too sick, then I'd try and run it for five more days, and then PCT. If you are pretty sick, then just start PCT.

    that's prolly why. most people run hawthorne at 1200 minimum and 2400 max. try 1200-1500 for now see if it helps

    was the gains mostly muscles though or fat?

    hey project what is your training routine like while on sd? i will run sd this week and i dunno if i should hit each muscle group twice a week or just once a week and get plentiful of rest. this i what my training routine is like when i take sd.

    day1 chest/back
    day2 shoulders/tris
    day3 legs biceps
    day4 rest
    day5 rest
    day6 back to day1.....

    don't mean to hijack your thread but i just had to ask.

    That's kind of what I was leaning towards doing. I just have a sinus infection but these things wipe me out. I'm running today and hopefully I'll be able to get back in gym tomorrow.

    Headaches like the kind you get from a hang over? If that is the case up your water intake and see if that helps. Try 2 gallons a day.

    Same thing for me last week. Stopped everything but GH. Feeling great now.

    Thanks for all the input bros. Upped the hawthorn and stayed on. Still symptomatic today but the fatigue is gone so I'll be back to work this afternoon.
