    Caffein with dymatize expand

    Can I mix the 2?

I'll be taking the xpand b4 training, and I could use the caff for a boost...will it ruin my CEE...or is it only forbidden while using regular creatine?

And is it true that I shouldn't eat anything when taking the xpoand, not even a protein shake, to maximize absorption?

Caffiene and Creatine is a myth, no worries.

But, now i know caffeine isnt as strong as a diuretic as once thought, but i notice enought extracelular water loss while consuming enough. not saying caffeine will interfere with creatine muscle levels, but imo it may or may not but probably may interfere with the water retention. and without the water retention, loss of strength and joint cushioning. jmo
