i am trying to add as much LBM as i can ... ive been on ONs 100% for the last few months and i was thinking would it be a good idea to take the pro complex after working out? would it absorb as fast... i know whey is the fastest acting but the pro complex dose come with a blend of 6 premium protein sources, complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, lipids, digestive enzymes, vitamins and minerals. Also, it has 600 calories per scoop.... would it be a good choice or should i stick with the whey... let me know what u guys think about it...

If the price is good I would buy it because it's faster than making your own. I payed 25$ for cyto gainer which is 100% whey and complex carbs plus it tastes like cookies and cream ! I have tried Pro Complex protein be4 and I payed like 50$ but it wasn't the gainer. Chocolate was better than vanilla. If this is going to be used as all your shakes I suggest the cyto gainer because it has more whey so you can use it PWO more efficiently. If you already have PWO whey covered then this would be ok for a bulker.
