anyone use yohimburn for fat nips?

I heard that using topical yohimbine helps "loosen" fat stores in places that are difficult for people to burn fat in (such as fat on or around pecs) and that using this transdermal cream called yohimburn apparently works well at penetrating the skin and fat cells to make them accessible to be used for energy. Some of us have fat build up in weird places that we can't seem toget rid of no matter how much cardio and dieting we do.
