    Need help with amount of fish oil to supplement!!! Quick question!

    Hey whats up! Ive been taking this fish oil, but of course i have no clue how much i should take ha. Well it says 180 EPA and 120 DHA per softgel.... \

    so my question is how many pills should i take a day to make it beneficial for me? THANKS!

    id say around 6-8 caps...take them in 2 seperate doses(3-4 a dose), and take with your pro/fat meals
