I'm a F'n retard
Alright,, We're all gonna see how dumb I am
I need to drop some major BF..I'm 6'5" 300# about 27-29 BF, But it's All mostly in the Chest/Belly area..I've been looking int a HRT program but think I'd better drop some weight first.I do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week,I eat pretty clean, and Am currently on my 5th week of the Max OT lifting program with some great gains,(Went from 282 to 302 with no gain in BF).I'm having a hell of a time dropping the fat though....
First off let me state that I HAVE READ THE STICKIES !!!..LOL... My question is,I'm having a hard time registering all the extras to take with Clen (T3 and whatever all the others are ),, And have been looking to do an ECA but there are so many different supps with Ephedra in them,are some better than others,,And am also having trouble figuring the dosages out..And it seems like every post or topic I read it says smithing different about what and how much to take..
I think I just confuse easily..
I know there is hope for me here,I just need someone to slap me across the head with it.. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated

damn bro, IMO your best bet is to drop some weight first
reccomend lots of cardio, and a strict diet rich in fiber, I cant stress the fiber enough bro

If you follow the cutting sticky you shouldn't need clen . An ECA stack is the most I'd recommend, and that isn't even necessary till you strip some of the fat off naturally.

Im a newbie too, but I am sure you will find what you are looking for here. Also, I do not neccissarily agree with the first persons response. Muscle helps to eat fat when doing excersise. I think if you are gaining muscle, the muscle you gain will help you to lose the fat easier. I think. Anyone who can clarify between my post and the first answer would be appreciated. Good luck and it sounds like you are on your way! And, 45 minutes of cardio at 300 pounds, 5 days a week? Good Job man!

Thanks guys...I decided to go with an ECA stack.. Is one Ehpedra based product better than another?? And how much Ephedra/Caffine should I take nin one day??

buy yellow swarm. its 300 mg's caffiene. 25 mgs ephedra. take one see how you feel. i take them 3-4 times a day, but that was up gradually from one. its made by stacker and its cheap. Google it. A diet will do much more than that though. if you want there isnt asprin in the yelow swarm so pop an asprin with it. what does the asprin do anyway? thin the blood making it easier to speed up your metabolism
