    preworkout supplement timing

    Hey all...question regarding preworkout supplement timing.
    First thing in the morning I wake up and have my breakfast
    I then usually wait 1 hour and take 3g of arginine, I'll then wait an additional 10-15 minutes and take ergopharm AMP. I then leave for the gym (10 minute commute). Once I get there while I'm warming up and stretching I'll take my BCAA's. Is the timing of all these supplements OK and are there any adverse reactions amongst them in the order I currently ingest them? Any advice/help would be appreciated!

    I believe the arg should be taken before breakfast, thats what is says on an empty stomach. Im taking it now. I wake take 6 grams with a creatine delivery system, wait an hour drink my wieght gainer, wait an hour a tablespoon of peanut butter and head to gym. Ive never taken supps before and its working. I was benching reps with 205 a month ago and now is 225 i have calmed down a little and removed a little stress from my life which helps too i guess....

    just to comment on the amp; for me it doesn't kick in full gear for about an hour. before i'd take it right before, go to the gym and feel it at the end of my workout. i'd go home finish my pwo and i'd be fvcking wired. i think it depends on person to person, but an hour before is what works for me.

    hawk I think i have the same "problem" as you because I feel like I could run a damn marathon after I'm done lifting...hmmm we'll see If I can tweak things up a bit. Brazil thank you for the feedback, I think next week I'll switch it up to taking arginine right when i wake up a half hour before I eat
