    Upset stomach and diarrhea fixes?

Everytime I start new supplements, I get an upset stomach and diarrhea for the fist week or so until my body gets used to the supplements. I recently started NO2 and Thermoshred and am spending too much of my day in the damn bathroom. I'm sure that this is a problem that lots of people have and I was wondering what people have done to combat the problems. Normally, I can help the problems by eating before I take the supplements but both of these recommend that they be taken prior to eating. Anyone got a good home remedy or should I just plan on stickout it out for a week or so?

mmmm you gotta love tiny's advice huh......If you're getting diarrhea from something...I wouldnt be using unless you must (Anti-biotics etc...)

Xcept ofcourse things like how to determine your optimal dose of Vitamin C which must include diarrhea

I pretty much always get the upset stomach and diarrhea when I start a new supplement before my body gets used to it. Oh well, guess I'll be spending extra time in the bathroom this week.

I have a bowel issue aswell. I'm undergoing testing currently, and use imodium daily to combat the diareah.

Lopermide hydrochloride (imodium) works very well. Barely any sides. The generic stuff works the exact same.

Ginger root helps with stomach aches.

nothing I can do to stop it... switched all foods... still the same

That seems to be the best advice so far unfortunatly. I'm sure my body will get used to the stuff before long.
