food allergys
I have a decent amount of food allergys and was wondering where glutamne was derived from.
Most aminos have alot of dairy and soy traces which i must stay away yet on the box of my glutamine GNC brand it states that glutamine is indeed the only ingredient unlike may other aminos but where is this ingredient coming from, animals soy dairy etc thanks.

l-glutamine and N-A-Glutamine are usually synthetically produced, glutamine peptides however are hydrolyzed wheat protein.
