Too Many Pills?
1 Multi Vitamin
2 100mg B6
2 500mg Vitamin C
2-3 Flax oil caps (distributed)
3 glucosamine/chon.
1 250mg Milk thistle
6 methyl 1-D (worthless on cycle right now?) 3 twice a day
Cycle:
1-10 eq 300mg/week
2-11 Test cyp. 450mg/week 225x3.5 day
I'm just started week 5. The Methyl I added two weeks ago to see If it would kick start. It will be done in 3 days. Will not be buying more, waste of money at this point I'm sure.
Can too many pills be harmfull to your body?...given that the real stuff is already putting stress on my liver and kidneys?Last edited by TampaMan; 11-07-2006 at 12:43 PM.

you should be definitly careful overdoing it on some vitamins!! what is in each multivitamin pill? you are already doubling the DRI of B6. and thats doubling the maximum intake! I'm taking a [I]scientific foundations of food nutrition and health[I] course at my university and I have learned about some of the potentially hazardous effects taking too much of one vitamin can cause over time. pretty gnarly...

The 200mg of B6 is to block estrogen...It is listed in the begginer cycle. I'm tring not to take nolva during the cycle since it can potentially limit gains....at least so I think right? Nolva and clomid for PCT of course but unless gyno comes in the B6 should be sufficent right?
