I like Pro-Vital by dorian yates it contains the patented ZMA, scientifically proven to assist in the prevention of catabolism (muscle breakdown) and to support healthy male hormone levels. Also Milk Thistle Extract and Evening Primrose Oil have been added to promote optimal liver function.It`s great it means I dont have to buy ZMA which is a must.

How does ZMA prevent catabolism? I thought zinc/magnesium deficiencies leads to lower test levels. Careful not to take zinc with calcium, as they compete for absorbtion and calcium wins out. This is why i'm curious as to whether there is any calcium in your multi-goose. If so, then you're not getting the zinc.

Sounds cheesy, but I like NOW ADAM multi. Ton of stuff, plus it has saw palmetto (prostate health). Its pretty cheap too.

One a days are a joke. Centrums and the like try to pack all those nutrients into one little pill - it doesn't work that way. Much of what you take in a one a day is damaged or isn't absorbed properly. If you haven't tried a good two a day vitamin, you might give it a try. I guarantee you'll notice a difference. The mega men and the animal packs are both excellent choices.

I have always heard that one-a-days do not digest properly or at all. My borther takes like 10-15 vitamins a day and he has always had no confidence in the one-a-days. I would think it varies from brand to brand depending on the bonding agent.

Ive always heard the one-a-days are no good b/c it releases the ENTIRE content of the pill at once. So even if you're getting 75% of whats there, you're only getting it once, in a short period of time. Makes me wanna switch now that I think about it.

I hate animal pak, but I have to admit when I was on it, I never felt better or more 'alive'.

I've only used Animal pak once. They were excellent, but gave me an upset stomach at times. Like I said before, GNC (the devil) Mega Men have been far and away the best I've used. Time released, very complete, very absorpable and a two-a day formula. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. It only costs about 25cents a day to use them. Not really that bad for what you are getting.

ZMA is bullsh*t, animal pack is expensive but good, and centrum is the most poorly absorbed multi-vitamin.
