I changed my diet since last month, i decided to invest in food and fruits, veggies instead of buying supplements vitamins and mineral pack.

Each day i eat some blueberries, spinach, broccoli, califlour.

I eat salmon 2-3 times a week, liver once a week, i drink veggies juice, oat meal and more.

I am covered with each vitamins.

Wouldnt i be taking in too much if i would add a vitamine and mineral pack.
