Supplements while backpacking in Asia
Hey guys,
I am taking off in January to go half-way aroudn the world. Spending 3 months in Australia then off to South-East Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Nam, Laos).
During my stint in Asia, which will probably last a month, I am wondering the best supplement route to go counter muscle/strength loss. I doubt I will be hitting any gyms there and thus my workouts may consist of a crapload of situps, pushup and resistance band (if I find a bar it will become a mean pullup station).
Right now I'm thinking of bringing a one month's supply of creatine, glutamine and BCAAs. Any other supplements or advice anyone can offer on countering the effects of not being in the gym for a month and having a sporadic diet?

Protein. However, if you are backpacking it's kind of hard to lug a 5lb jug with you. I'd probably go for some esterfied creatine in capsules. My favorite kind is called CR5 by NDS nutrition. 4 to 6 caps a day is all you need. PM me if you can't find where to get them.
I'd also take multi vitamins if you could.
