Hey guys i just picked up some stak and was wondering is this considered a prohormorne, i was also wondering if u guys had some nice gians while on it. And for my offdays should i take it at night?? when your recovering.

These are little more than a multi-vit that can help increase some performance. Always take it during the day with plenty of water. I wouldnt be expecting any "nice" gains from it. You'll see much better gains from a solid diet and plenty of sleep.
