Glucosamine...Chrondroitin or MSM?
Which one is better glucosamine chrondroitin or glucosamine +MSM ??

The Dr. I shadow always recommends Glucosamine Chondroitin, but it needs to be taken for up to 6 months consistently before you get full benefits.

There are joint supplements that combine all three. Move Free by Schiff is okay, but I liked Triple Flex by Nature Made - for whatever reason it worked better for me. The down side was waiting 6-8 weeks for the stuff to kick in.

i would go with a supp that combined all 3.
i have had a lot of success with a product called: liquid joint repair, i dont remember who makes it.

Been pretty hard on the knees with work and the gym . Have had surgery on one and need it done again soon ...big party .
Since taking glucosamine and msm the pains and inflamation have gone down drastically . Just have to be patient as you need to stay on longterm to reap its rewards .
All three work well though .
