I wouldnt worry about a fat burner while on SD...save it for after pct then maybe something like an eca stack would be nice

I'm not sure what you're driving at, goal-wise? Superdrol isn't the best way to go about cutting in the first place, and most "legal" fat burners are based on shedding excess water, not fat (like Xenadrine EFX).

If you're dead set on cutting fat, keep on the diet forum and a good suppliment to use would be Ephedrine (assuming you want to stay on the "legal" side). A bottle of that stuff can be had for under $40 if you look in the right places.

It has different effects for everybody, but remember a few things: (1) do not take it near bedtime as it will keep you up, (2) do not take it with caffeine as this could lead to some rather scary heart palpitations and (3) keep hydrated, as it not only encourages your body to metabolize fat at a higher rate, it reduces water retention and you'll feel like you want to take a nap after a few reps at the gym.

i'd cut down from 19% before you run SD. i don't think you're ready for SD at that high of a body fat. if you're just looking to cut down then do it naturally with a good diet and cardio. get down to 12% or lower before you give it a go. if you do decide to run, make sure you have everything before you start (PCT included) and do it smart. SD is not something to mess around with.

take your pic, vasopro is good stuff and it's cheap. an eca stack with clen works wonders with a solid diet and cardio plan, but the diet and cardio should be the focus of your cutting. best of luck with whatever you decide to do.

No, the ban on Ephedrine was lifted this year, it's just hard to find OTC because most mainstream chains fear it will be banned again shortly.
