    Glutamine on a cutting diet

I just started a cutting diet structured like the one in the "how to cut" sticky in the diet forum. what i was wondering is when i should take glutamine. i know you should take it right when you get up. i started doing morning cardio before breakfast and wanted to know if i should take it before or after the cardio. also wanted to know if i should take it before and after workouts because i do that when i'm not cutting. just wanted to know what everybody thought about glutamine intake while cutting

def b4 AM cardio to reduce muscle loss.

    b4 or after liftin also.

i would take one b4 bed to for a gh spike.

only 2.5 grams at a time. more than that and the kidneys catch it instead.
2grams has been shown enough for a gh spike.
    peace.

Glutamine is hardly absorbed at all!!!

It will help before cardio to prevent muscle loss.

As far as limiting your intake the kidneys are still going to catch watch there going to catch no matter what.

Drinking a carbonated beverage with your glutamine will deffenatley help with absorbtion...

I suggest going with BCAAs instead they will achieve the same thing and be alot better absorbed.
