Question about NO Explode and CellMass

Hey, I am a high school athlete and I have been taking NOX and Cellmass to supplement my workouts. I have been getting some nice gains but I was just wondering about the legality of these substances according to high school athletic rules. I was just wondering about what is in these supplements..anabolic ?..non-anabolic?..possibly steroids ?

    Any info would be helpful..

    Thanks,
    FortyfouR

I would have to recommend you ask a coach about that one.

As far as whats in these supp's you need not worry about legal issues, there mostley No-boosters/L-arginine, creatine and some stimulants like caffeine

Creatine however may conflict with school athletics thats the one you should inquire about

you should be just fine protein and creatine is the last thing their looking for in high school sports.the only thing i would worry about is not drinking enough water on creatine and if you have b-ball or track the trainers at my brothers school (hes a senior)are suspecting creatine may have more and more to do with muscle pulls and tears.
