Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
Guys where do you find that stuff from ? I asked for vitamin B3 in at least 10 drug-stores in bulgaria and most of the pharmacists looked dumb at me. Can someone who has used it please tell me a manufacturerer of it or give me an idea where to order it from. Thank you

there are 3 types of niacin, all different
1. nicotinic acid(niacin), regular-causes flush itching, burning, but also increases vascularity(veiny look) and good choloesterol. also detoxifies body. may clear you out for a drug test. not roids though but other crap you shouldnt be using anyway.
-there is a timed release version of this, bad for liver though. less flushing, burning.
2.Niacinimide- no flushing. causes increase in insulin sensitivity. helps arthriic joints. no cholesterol benefits. no vascularity either
3. Inosital hexnicotinate- no flushing. increases good cholesterol. does not icrease insulin sensitivity. does not help joints. not sure if it increases vascularity. im playing with it right now
if i want to increase vasularity when im cut i use nicotinic acid."niacin"
if im loading carbs i increase niacinamide.
if i just want to keep cholesterol in check i use inositol hexanicotinate.
nicotinic acid(regular niacin), often labled just as "niacin" will turn you completely red. it kinds hurts, stings burns etc.....but its harmless.
it needs to b increased slowly. a 250mg dose can do this. i go as high as 1500mg. the flush goes away after u have been at your highest dose for a few days. niacin might irritate the liver, but sometimes it helps it. niacin in "time released " form at high dose is very bad for liver.
aspirin can reduce the flush as can taking with food. sounds like hassle but after several weeks, your veins do get larger. but dont worry they wont pop. niacin actually lowers blood pressure.

Okay thank you all. Another thing i wondered is if it is bad idea to have it in a steroid cycle? I also read in one post that taking aspirine 30 minutes, before the niacin helps for the flushing, in another somebody stated that Ibroprophen really helps, does somebody have an experience with that?

aspirin yes.
ibuprofin, i dunno.
it would be great on cycle since most roids affect lipid profiles negativly. some more than others.
