    Weight loss/cutting for woman?

My ol lady is going to start training with me. She is concerned with cutting down. She probably needs to shed 15 pounds, maybe. She already has a great diet and cardio is getting there. Any supplements and/or other non over the counter products you may suggest to help her achieve this goal?

Test helps us males trim up pretty fast and effectively (it does for me at least). Anything equivalent you may suggest for a female?

    Thanks

1.5 grams of Acetyl Carnitine 2 times a day

    AM and Midday

Green Tea 40% ecgc minimum 3-4 caps a day

possible add a caffein pill with it.

Lipo6 also seems to work with women

Yup. Totally agree. Biotest Spike is alright too. They send me a few boxes for free each month, but I usually end up buying some on my own also.

    Hello my fellow colleague
    always a pleasure........

Spike would be a good substitute for the caffeine caps or pills and Lipo6

Hoodia is a good appetite suppressant. Green Tea is a nice thermo, and has other properties that can help with weightloss.

Well... there is "clen " which I have yet to use myself, but have heard lots of good things about. However I personally would suggest putting together an ECA stack for extra fat burning, always works great for me
