    Pure Amino-HE?

    can anyone educate me on the absorbtion rate of putting this under your tongue? i was just wondering if this is necessary, or if taking it through your stomach is good enough... etc.

    any thoughts? does anyone use this form of aminos?

    someone has to have heard of this at least!
    the bottle says to take 1gram. how is that possiible? do you really absorb that muuch of it?!?!
    it is supposed to be absorbed through the membranes under your tongue AND in your stomach...
    and nobody has heard of this?!?!
