I dont know what is making me feel bad

I cant figure out if its the GH or creatine that is making me nauseated. I am taking invincible pre workout, there is creatine mono in my shakes and I sometimes take Animal Micronized Creatine Mono. My appetite is suffering from it, do you guys know what is going on???

    Honda,
To a certain extent, you will have to experiment and find out for your self. I've never had any issues with creatine. not sure what is in invincible pre workout. and GH, I take peptides instead, so not sure there either. If your GH is bunk (you really won't know if it is or not unless you yourself are getting it from a pharm), then it could be something in there.

Here's what you do. Eliminate one item for a few days and see if it clears up. If not, add it back, and then eliminate another product to see if it clears up. Repeat this until you find the offending compound and then you are G2G.

    Good luck!

I tend to think that everything I feel is related to what I am taking, but over the years I have learned that my occasional (and sometimes long-lasting) sick feelings are unrelated. For me, the usual culprits are dehydration, too much caffein or a recent reduction in caffein. In the past it was oftentimes food related, but now that I eat the same foods every day I don't have that problem.

I only mention this in case deleting your sups one at a time doesn't cause the sickness to go away.

I know even an extra 1/2 scoop of protein powder can make me feel bloated and give me gas all day if I take to much. It could be as simple as cutting down and not cutting out. As said, experiment. If you find one thing then try re introducing it but at a lower quantity.

Creatine can really knock your stomach off when your loading up and if thats what you have started recently then I would suspect it is that. Usually the sick feeling is due to taking to much to often IMHO.

agreed! I have also found that taking creatine without carbs in my body will often lead to an upset stomach. Honda, are you eating a protein/carb meal prior to taking your cm in your preworkout formula? I personally eat a protein/carb meal 1.5 hrs before training and consume my preworkout drink 30 mins before training. That way I have some food in my system yet I eat enough time before to where absorption of my preworkout drink isn't effected.
