    Cytosport's Cytogainer

    or

Optimum Nutrition's 100% Gold Whey Standard
you can upgrade this to Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex, its better, but its also a nice little price jump.

Doesn't Pro Complex have a better amino acid profile than 100% Gold Whey Standard?

Pro complex -- 55 grams of protein per serving. A diverse blend.

Plus it has an 'instanized' feature to it. It mixes up very well with a spoon and desired liquid. Some batched have varied for me with this feature. Lastly, Vanilla is my favorite (as is will all brands).

#2 is 100% Whey -- great price and value product.

True. If you got the money go with with Pro Complex, but I would say just stick with the 100% whey. Thats what I use along with some metameuccile (spell check) to keep you from getting bloated and gassy.

I have used ON's Pro Complex and Cytosport's Cytogainer...I like them both.

Another solid protein/gainer shake is Muscle Juice 2544.

if u wanna talk about gainers i LOVE cytogainer.....strawbeerry mmmm tastes like cotton candy..........

i used to use MHP up your mass which is also really good for meal replacements but then i found out if you buy whey protein and grind up oatmeal and add to it its the same exact macros for like 75% cheaper lol so thats what i do now.

Not to beat a dead horse here but you guys that recommend Pro Complex are getting ripped off.

The only differences is that the serving size for pro complex is two scoops. That and procomplex contains egg albumin.

Who here dosent already eat about a dozen eggs/egg whites already.

But I would deff vote for reg. optimum nutrition gold standard protein.

Its the better amino acid profile and such, along with vitamins and minerals. Take a look.

Throw in another vote for ON 100% Whey...

Although when I'm trying to gain some weight I'll do a Muscle Milk shake PWO (a ton more calories then ON Whey)

ON 100% whey gold seems to be the best bang for your buck! Also, try to buy in bulk where ever you can then it will be a little cheaper.
