cee and mono
hi, i've taken both mono and cee before with good results. i was wondering if i can take both at the same time or would it defeat the purpose. if i can, i was just going to buy the cheap, basic cee and mono. i don't care about the taste. when do i take what, and what can i mix the mono with to help transport it a little better. sorry for the novel, but i am curious. thanks.

cee is better than mono, no point in taking both at the same time. cee is generally taken in the morning and before workout. mono can be transported better with simple carbs

so it would be overkill or a waste to take both at the same time? because i was thinking that the mono could be for the bulking effects and the cee could be for the recovery effects. please let me know if i'm wrong. thanks.

creatine is creatine bro. mono and cee are just the way its transported to the muscle. listen to TheDfromGC and dont waste your money. pick one or the other and stick with it.

i prefer the cee because of the minimal bloating, but the mono provides more mass, given it's all water. if i go with the plain and simple cee, should i take it before and after workouts or just once? thanks.

Definetly Post and if you like you can take it prewo as well. some guys swear by taking it before and after. I myslef take it post, and I use CEE. screw bloating.

has anyone tried the primaforce cee powder? it's only about $20 bucks, and it has like 125 servings. that seems like a pretty good deal.

is there any advantage to taking something like cellmass over plain cee or is it just a waste of more money? also, where do you guys buy your cee from on the internet. no-one around me sells the powder, just the pills.thanks.

IMO waste of $$$$....i have had good results w/ cellmass in the past, but ive noticed no difference between that and the bulk CEE ive been taking
cept for my wallet is MUCH FULLER

also, i've heard some guys say that you need to take cee with dextrose for better delivery. i always thought you take it with just water? who's right? and is allsportsnutrition a good place to order from? thanks.

no cee doesnt have to be taken w/ dextrose...just mono...IM RIGHT

alright, so i just took my first serving of the cee after my workout, and to be honest, it doesn't taste as bad as everyone was saying. i mixed it with lemonade crystal light and chugged it down. the only problem is that it doesn't seem like im taking enough of it. the scoop is maybe the an inch tall and i was wondering if thats correct or if i need to take more. thanks.

Your body might not absorb all the creatine and you will be wasting a good amount, but it's your creatine. Knock yourself out.

you should be taking 5g cee per day. more than that is just a waste, i think.
