Protein shakes setting up like concrete

Have u ever seen the residue in your shaker if you don't rinse out after your protein shake? If thats what that shit does inside your body it can't be good. U can't hardly scrape it out with a knife. Anybody got any suggestions about this?

I'm not worried about it in my shaker, I was just wondering if it dries up like that in your arteries and shit!

it hardens up in your shaker bc nothing is breaking it down or dissolving it but your body does that for you so dont worry about your body just clean out your shaker

I would not worry, the acids in your stomach will dissolve everything and all the nutrients will enter your body

Sounds good-I just figured that would be worse than a tub of lard in your arteries-why will it break down the shakes but it doesn't grease and other artery clogging foods?
