l-carnitine - when to take and how much?
Ive recently finished my bulking cycle and looking to cut down.
Ive heard l-carnitine, combined with other things is good for making fat cells available for burning. Just wondering if anyone could tell me
a) how much to take a day?
b) when to take it?
c) how much to take each time i take it?

Take L-carnitine with meals or 1 to 1-1/2 hours after meals and the amount depends on if you have liquid or caps

take about 3-5 grams a day
there are both acute benefits and also cumulative benefits.
some take 3 grams at once for minor energy and some just break it up throughout the day
