weemans Oxodrol-12 log
i know theres been a few logs on here recently about this stuff but i think its a good way of keeping track of gains.
im planning on running it for 3 weeks, 12/24/24 (or 36 ***ending how i feel).
im just running out to the gym now but i'll update later with the supporting suplements etc. etc.

aight back from the gym with #12, i need to say that he reccomended this stuff to me, and were pretty much working out together when hes home in NY.
STATS:
5'5''
152-153lbs
body fat approx. 10-13%
MAX lifts:
Flat bench: 265x1
DL: 345x1 (grip is weak) i can pull 365x1 but my grip fails
Squat: 335x1
my goals are:
bench: 315x1
DL: 405x1
Squat: 385x1
i plan on running 12/24/24 or 12/24/36 ***ending on how i respond and the sides effects.
supporting suplements: (per day) i split it up half the dose in the morn. half at night after my workout.
hawthorn berries: 1050mg
RYR: 1200mg
Flax seed oil: 3000mg
CoQ-10: 200mg
milk Thistle: 1200mg
No-Flush Niacin: 1000mg
Pre-workout is as follows:
ARMAGEDDON (like no xplode, no shotgun)
animal pak origional (multi-vitamin)

first workout..
well i took the first pill at around 630pm today and im feeling it.. at least in my mind i am. and i love the mental edge!
today was chest: and between my mindset from starting the oxodrol-12, and the armageddon.. i was pumped up bigtime!
CHEST: i vary my workout every week also, db/bb and stuff like that.
Flat db:
60x3
75x3
90x3
100x3 (slight spot on #3)
100x5 (spot on last 2 reps) (personal best)
incline barbell:
135x5
183x3
225x2 (spot on second rep) personal best!
incline flys db:
45x12 or so (i think) i was just focusing on the squeeze
peck deck
100x12 or so? (again just focusing on the squeeze)
3 sets of calvs. then out.
i cant wait untill this stuff ACTUALLY kicks in!! its also wayy better having a good partner who likes to push themself as well.
any sugestions just chime in, this is my first "cycle" so anything help is appriciated.

Hey man I'd throw in some Taurine and add bannas to your diet. They helped me out with Back pumps when lifting and cramps during cardio. I also ran double the milk thistle ( its cheap enuff). Be sure and stretch, warm up good before you start lifting seems like alot of people have injuries ( including my shoulder) due to strength jumping way up, while connective tissue are still the same. Good luck man and keep us up on how it goes

be careful on the deads!! oh and for the grip, walk around holding onto a dumbell sideways(like holding the ends of it in one hand and another dumbell in the other hand). walk around for a bit untill your grip gives out, until the dumbell drops to the floor. keep uping wieght and try to beat your the time you held it each set. they helped me extremely in grip! its hard at first so start out in low weight.

MADDS87: i actually started doing some rock climbing (indoors) on my off days, and its unbelieveable for grip and forarm strength. but i'll defiintly try it out with the dumbbells.
shane thanks for the heads up on that stuff, i'll add some bananas in there. my right shuolder is a little messed up so im definitly going to be careful with it!

when i bump up to 3x a day.. do i take 2 in the morn. and 1 around 3-4pm?

When do u plan on bumping up to 30mg's? bump it up to twice a day first for a week before u decide if you want to bump it up to 3 times a day. at around 30mg's is when the sides start to out weight the benefits.

im pretty pissed i missed on the 355, next week i'll just try 345 and see how it goes.

if the sides start getting bad i'll back down to 24mg.

ok so 1 pill wasnt cutting it, i just bumped up to 2 pills a day (24mg). i dont think anything bad can happen?

i useually dont use straps on DL's but today i did and it was amazing. also note i pull from the floor not the rack. i start and end on the floor, i feel its harder but works much better.

1 set of laying t-bar rows ( i guess you call it that?) wide grip
