tried it out - 5 grams of arginine, caffeine, and b-vitamins. was unbelievable how bad it was. at first i thought i didnt have enough water in so put in probably about 30 ounces total and that didnt help taste at all just made more liquid to drink. im usually fine with taking down bad tasting supps but this one is terrible. tastes like tang or something but 50 times more concentrated and has a bitter aftertaste that hangs around for about 10 seconds. gonna try and get it down then see how workout is assuming i dont puke from taste
