Hi all, my first post. NOOB

Hopefully I'm posting in the right section?

I'm a 26 year old, 195lb male that's been struggling to put on some lean muscle for years. I've been taking protein (bars and shakes), but my results have been lackluster. Part of my problem has to be lack of test., I just don't feel "pumped up" anymore and I can feel it not only in the weightroom, but the bedroom ... I just don't have the "drive" anymore? Also, I think my body has trouble digesting the high protein diets, along w/ the fact I probably don't get enough water.

I'm looking to start a new routine of supplements, something strong that will kick my "cycle" into gear. I've came close to the needle, but I'd like to try something "clean" first. Any supplement suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I was thinking of T-BOMB?

Also, any recommendations w/ a workout program would be great. Right now w/ work schedule I have 3-4 days a week available to workout.

I know there's sooo many variables that go into this, but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
