i've been on the epistane a week today --- took 11 oxo for a wk first. impressed so far, strength/energy up and gained 4 pounds. we'll see what happens by the end of wk 2. am losing bodyfat while gaining muscle. good mood too, no sides except getting tired pretty early lol.

it works out to the first 3wks on 11-oxo and come it's second wk i started stacking the epistane. When i brought in the epi i dropped the dose from 6 to 4 caps per day otherwise you only get 20days on 2 bottles!!! the epi i took for the first 5 days at 20mg after that am on 30mg 'till the bottle runs out which takes about 4 wks. I read recovery is a 'breeze' so i'm using otc post cycle tabs maybe some myo we'll see.
