    Animal Pak for fat loss?

    I just bought some Animal Pak because I heard its fantastic for bodybuilding. I've read a lot of reviews about great improvements in strength and muscle mass, but will it help you lose fat at the same time or will I need some other stuff too?

    It certainly won't hurt. But it's not really a fat burner like hydroxycut. Take it for a training aid and you won't be disappointed.
