Talking Can you help a bro out?

I have seen a few post on here about what the essential supplements are, but they are a little out dated. Can you give me a little advice on what to take.

    I weight 185lb, 5'8" about 12% bodyfat. 25 years old.

I would like to add a lot more muscle mass and if possible drop a 3 precent bodyfat at the same time. My diet is pretty simple cause I am always on the go.
    Breakfast: 5eggs and organic bread
snack: 50g of blended whey and oatmeal
lunch: usually chicken and rice with a veggie
snack: 50g of blended whey and peanut butter
dinner: what ever the ol'lady cooks ( usually chicken, potatoes and veggie: when I'm lucky steak)
    Bedtime: 50g of blended protein
Supplements: fish oil, creatin, L-Glutamine, BCAA, muti vitamin, Calcium, vitamin C.

All the advice I can get would be good.

The supps look pretty good. Maybe try a NO product to get some extra boost during your workouts. CLA may help with fat loss as well.

True I was just thinking I do need an NO product. I have seen CLA a few times, how much do you think I would need to take.
Also does anyone ever follow the recommended dosages?

No trying to split hairs but you do not "need" an NO product, yes they are fun and yes they provide a bit of motivation but I'm not convinced they provide much in the way of real gains. Don't get me wrong - I use them sometimes but am under no illusion that they are necessary.
IMO you would be better off with some ECA to boost your workouts and drop some fat too.
