M-Drol/Superdrol - Does it affect prolactin?

I've read on another site that M-Drol affects prolactin and can therefore create Prolactin related Gyno. While it doesn't aromatize, it can still produce Gyno through the Prolactin. Is this true? If so, should Nolvadex still be used PCT? If it is Prolactin Related, should PCT include Caber?
