    please critique this 6months tranformation otc cycle, diet workout.

    Prolab Glutamine Powder, 1000 Grams
    Ultimate Nutrition Flax Seed Oil, 200 Softgels
    Protein Factory MyoGenX, 180 Capsules
    NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid 250, 250mg/120 Capsules
    bmf: fire lean (has eca(high concentration)
    bmf 10lbs protein
    st.john's worth
    mult-v
    (probably will add more protein and flax later)

    diet will be high protein( chicken, tuna, protein shake, egg whites, beans)
    carbs(not doing crazy low carb( oatmeal, yams, whole wheat toast and off carbs after 6pm

    1day of weak all out day. (fast food) keeps me motivated and tricks my body!
    workoutt: 4days a week (45minutes cardio after workout) I can't do before breakfast stuff( I got to work at 6:30am)

    stats: 227lbs, 5-10 (gained 22lbs in two months hardcore workout and myogenx and eating everything in sight) nee dto loose all teh fat I gained.
    probably22% fat
    goal 195lbs- 8% fat

    its good that your motivated, but your diet cardio and workout schedule will be much more crucial then your supplement choices to get where you need to be...

    out of your laundry list of supps the only ones ive used to build a base is protein and multivitamin ...i took myo for pct at one point

    if your serious about your goal i would create a sample cutting diet and post it in the diet forum for review (and on your cheat day, make it a cheat meal instead. an entire day of fast food is extreme)

    I will do the one meall a week thing. I been criticize before for teh whole day stuff.

    YOu had a choice would u get glutamine or myogenx to retain some muscle.

    ehh i dont know if u need either, myo is a natural test booster and glutamine has mixed results on this board

    personally i dont use either

    when u dieting besides roid. I know diet is important, besides taht what would u use too keep muscle during diet?

    although i dont really go on cutting diets that often, i just lean out my bulk when i want to lose fat so maybe others have better opinions on supps to hold onto muscle

    i was working out 5 days a week when that picture was taken, and finished my spring break diet of roughly 100 carbs a day all in the morning and post work out

    i have a very fast metabolism in general so getting too fat was never an issue...although i dropped down to 3 days a week working out and really started to bulk up and now those abs are not as prominant as they used to be
