Hey guys, I have a bit of a problem that's been bugging me my whole life really.
It's a problem with the way my fat is distributed (I'm a 19 year old guy by the way). My fat concentration is really high around my butt and my thighs, from my knees to just under my belly button to be exact. While this may be normal for someone who isn't active, lack of excercise is most certainly not my problem. I'm an avid hockey player. I tend to get on the ice 5-7 days a week, with dry land sessions 2-3 times a week.

I was lurking about the forums the other day and I heard someone mention something called estrogen fat. From the way he described it, I understood that it was fat that built up in the butt, thighs, chest area due to a surplus of estrogen. I always wondered why no matter how much I worked out, I couldn't lose fat in those areas. So here's my question, if my problem is in fact too much estrogen in my body, are there any drugs/supplements that can help me shed this fat? Could this be a diet issue? (I don't eat particularly badly, but i'm not a health nazi by any means) Anyways, i'd appreciate if anyone could help me out with this, it's made me self concious all my life. I'd love to just be rid of it and not have to worry about people making fun of the size of my ass, it's an embarrasing thing to even worry about!
