I was talking to a guy at the gym a couple weeks ago and he said he takes CREATINE for joint support and stuff like that, i never noticed any joint relief from creatine but all bodies are different.

creatine will add water into the muscle and the joints so it will help

A joint supp with Cetyl Myristoleat (sp?) will work the best. I use one that has CM plus of course gluc/cond/msm along with some herbs. Best natty joint supp I've ever used.

There are so many naturals here that you don't know...
Jay, there is some kind of joint support supplement that contains both glucosomine and chondroiton. Have a try.

Maybe because creatine make your muscles retain a little water, so joints may be more whippy, but never noticed something about personally.
