Eca, Lipoflame, Amp02

ok... well I am back into the gym after a long while...
I want to lose some serious weight... been dieting and lifting and running and doing well but losses are starting to taper off...

My primary concern right now is weight loss...

I keep seeing stuff on here raving about LIPOFLAME and AMP 02

Should I take the AMP02 and the LIPOFLAME or just the lipoflame is my primary concern is to lose fat... does the AMP02 have anything in it that is going to bloat me??

Also... is this as good as an ECA stack??? Can I add ephedra to the LIPOFLAME???

All thoughts and suggestions are welcome...

a good diet, lipoflame and amp02 is all you need. The only thing I would add is creatine. amp 02 will help you lose fat to. I definitely wouldn't add any other weight loss products.

isnt there creatine in the amp02?

I also have NO explod... should I take this until I get the AMP... is it similar?

I just dont want to get bloated or take on too many extra calories...

i'm not an expert on amp but i just started it today and i had great focus and energy in the gym. Pumps were quite good and had them for awhile afterwards. i've got a positive view of it so far, only suggestion would be to follow directions and start with half the dose and ramp up til you reach the recommended dosage.
