    Best High Protein Supplement

    I'm about to run out of my current post workout protein supplement and I am looking for something with a good taste but still more protein per serving, while keeping the serving size reasonable.

    I currently use Syntha-6, It's great. 1 Scoop is (44G) and 22 G of protein. I usually double scoop for 44 G of protein post workout. In the past I'v used ON's 100% WHEY, which was 1 scoop = 23 G of protein per serving, again double scoop for 46 G of protein post workout.

    Can anyone recommend anything with higher servings but still reasonable to chug down quickly? I'v tried to weight gainers before that you need to drink almost a gallon shake in one serving. Not for me.

    Also I'd like someone to recommend a good casein protein for before bed time snack!

    ON 100% Whey
    ON 100% Casein
    AnimalPak Vitamins

    Hopefully their a nice combo!
