    Oligodextrin?

    Anyone use this for PWO carbs? It is a rice based carbohydrate and is supposed to be absorbed at a faster rate then Waxy Maize. Found a legitimate supplement company that claims this. Any feedback appreciated.

    Sounds interesting. Oligosacharrides are typically carbohydrates found in beans, not sure about rice though. Do you have a link?
