    Help on good bulking supplement

    Ive been training my cousin for the past 6 months, 5 days a week. Hes 24 lean, Getting strong, and definitly gained some size since he started. his form is great, and his diet is good.

    Id like to get something to bulk him up. Ive been out of the loop for so long in supplements and PH's, im not sure what im looking at anymore. Cause something that was good 6 months ago, might be crap now.

    A recommendation on a good stack or stand alone and pct would be appreciated.

    6 months is really not a long time to be training. Unless he has superman genetics I would just stick with the basics of a good multivitamin, and creatine. With a clean diet, he should still have no problem building muscle naturally.

    wow..one response? thats not the answer i was looking for, im perfectally aware of all of that. i said i have been trainning him for 6 months. Not, he has been lifting for 6 months.

    this isnt a hard question

    weightgainer.. you wont need pct unless your gonna put him on some gear. you could try some creatine monohydrate which will add some water weight and make him look a little bigger and bloated lol
