    Thumbs down Im back bros!

So Ive been in and out of the gym for the past 3 months but Ive been consistant for the last 2 wks. However no matter mow much weight i am using (anything more then warm up weight) i get muscle fatigue around 6-8reps and shortly after failure.

Is there one supp that is better then others with improving muscular fatigue or endurance? Maybe just some simple creatine?

    thanks bros

Ya, I'm in the same boat as you. Picking up the weights again after a LONG ass interval does have some disadvantages. Creatine worked though, however, don't try to bust your ass to hard, your joints might not be used to all the stress. Still work your way up to your old lifts, no need for a sprained wrist or other shit to keep you out of the gym.

diff. in creatines is the bond they use to bond the 3 amino acids together. i would suggest some creatine, beta-alanine, and amino acids to sip on pre/during workout.

i know nutraplanet sells all 3 of these products in bulk, which would last you a very long time.

I'm actually using one that has a mix of like 6 different types. Honestly, when this supply runs out, I want to use Mono. The reason is, like I mentioned earlier, my joints are just getting sore when I stack the weights. I kinda wanna get some extra water and bloating that comes with Mono. Typically, everyone (or rather the vast majority) would advise against using it due to those reasons, however, there are times when they are facilitate the process of getting back to heavy lifting.
