Expired Protein?
I bought some 100%whey protein from someone on craigslist (sealed of course) but its expired 1 by a yyear and the other tub is 2 years expired. Anyone think its really gone bad? I cant see anything but maybe loss of potenicy. She also gave me like 100 packets of 2 Methyl13-c Capsules that are a year expired.
I think its fine but looking for other opinions.
P.s. Go Craigslist 2 sealed 5.5lb tubs protein and 100+ servings of this methyl 13-c stuff for $25

I dont think a powderized protein powder will degrae that much, but at the same time, i would not use it.....
I look at it like evaporated milk,,stored in the right conditions, that shit is good forever....
