Wuz up fellas! I have about a wek left of Raw MCC. I was wondering if I could start taking Creatine Monohydrate before my workout then the Raw MCC after. I want to bulk up a bit in the next few weeks. Raw MCC is giving me strength but no size. Or should I take the mono before and after workout and Raw MCC at night. Let me know if anyone has any ideas on how I should take it. Thank you!
