Suplements when ill
Whats the best things to take throw the winter to stop you from catching bugs?

a good balanced diet, a good multi and maybe i little extra C. Good rest/training/eating to promote your own healthy immune system is always the best defence. I also use nasal irrigation for sinuses to help keep the bugs out... sinuplulse elite (cause i have bad sinuses)

Mona Vie, zinc, multi-vitamin, you'll be good to go. also, eat a large breakfast at least 90 minutes after you wake up. it boosts natural immunity/anti-vitals by 450% (keep it clean) and drink green tea whenever possible. I personally think arizona diet green tea tastes unbelievable. I could drink a gallon of that stuff a day.

a good anti-oxidant formula that fights off free radicals. pair that up with a complete multivitamin and a healthy diet. drummerboy is right as well, rest is key!

Yup, just a multi vitamin nothing to fancy and possibly not going outside when your hair is wet. You could were socks to bed and wear a hat while driving. Good sleep, good diet and i could keep going
