it is probably the most used PWO protein i've seen to date. there are thousands of reviews and threads in which you can read but taste is good as well as quality.

I had never heard of Casein protein before but after seeing it in this thread, I thought I would do a little research. Here is an interesting article on the subject that I thought I would share with everyone.

I got a 2.5lb tub of pro complex at GNC for $25. I'm also taking the ON casein before bed. Taste is fine just don't over shake it or it'll start to congel and it's like swallowing tapioca pudding. I also take muscle milk right after my workout. But I could drink that stuff like candy all day.

Casein!
I have always wondered about this product. Its suppose to be slow releasing right? So you take it before bed so it absorbed by the body over the night. Guys how can protein be used without carbs and insulin spike? You would need a slow releasing carb along with casein if you really want casein to be absorbed!
Correct me if am wrong!
