Body Fortress (from Wal-mart)
I know that this isn't a big name brand. I use the jug whey powder and the ready to drink whey protein dildos (thats what we call them because they look just like a vibrator), just curios what you guys have read or know about this brand. I would assume whey is whey, but I have been wrong before.

Strawberry is the Shizzit !!!
Guzzle that stuff like it's going outta style 'cause it's sooo cheap... Literally 6-8 sccops per day depending if it's a workout day or not... But then again I consume 3500 cals a day and about 400/150/80 macro split...

American whey
This is a much better option in my opinion. I just don't trust the quality of wal mart supplements.
What do the ingredients look like?

If it were me I wouldn't buy it.
1. Most of these companies use servings based on 20g protein increments, they use 26 which is an oddball number.
2. Crystalline Taurine? This is the first protein product I've ever seen add additional taurine.
3.They don't break down how much creatine, bcaas, glutamine, etc they added into the product. You have no clue if you are getting the minimum 5g of creatine.
4. Whey concentrate, ON uses primarily whey isolate and has added aminogens. Wheybolic extreme by gnc is 100% islate w/ enzyme matrix. Better choices.

sorry its holland and barrets http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/
Keep checking it for offers and you will see wot i mean. They have shops everywhere even where i am from and we dont have anything lol so no need to order online!
Health shops are great as they always have something we need and where it isnt a bodybuilding suplement shop they knock it out cheap

I am of the opinion that you generally get what you pay for, and I don't wanna take no chances with something I will put into my body as much as a supplement like whey protein. I like ON's products myself. They aren't that much more expensive and they are a trusted name brand. I'll always spend the extra $$$, whether it's a gym membership, supplement, gear, etc. jmo

Finishing up some right now.

I buy walmart's creatine monohydrate.
It's one ingredient so I figure it's all the same.
I pass on their protein unless I get in a pinch.
