    OTC Fat Burner Question

Hey guys hows it going.... ok I am on a supplement called Lipodrene (w/ ephedra). I believe it has 25mg of ephedra per serving, and you take 4 pills in a day.

Well, I'm on a low-carb diet and 6 day per week workout. I do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and lift at night.

I'm very dedicated to my diet and workouts. Some call it an obsession, I just enjoy being in the gym!

Anyway, I've lifted for 4-5 years but I just got started on real "dieting." I am learning a lot about diets and better workout technique almost everyday, but I still feel a little lost.

I love this Lipodrene stuff, but I'm curious...is an ephedra based fat burner going to be more powerful than clen ?

I haven't done all my research on cutting cycles with clen/T3...or whatever else is recommended, but I am considering doing one next year after I get my facts straight. For now it's just going to be strict dieting and a lot of cardio.

Also, do you guys prefer natural cutting methods (OTC fat burners, proper nutrition, a ton of cardio) or do you like to use other means?

From what I've gathered, it is more beneficial to use steroids for bulking over cutting.

    Thanks for the help!

    Peace,

    Guardian

what exactly are your questions you have in this post...?

Continue to do more research and ephedrine, ephedra based products and clenbuterol . one is not necessarily stronger that the other, alot of that is dependant on dosages, duration of usage and the specifics of application in the body.

There are many posts around here stating why an individual may prefer one cutting agent over another.

people will choose to use aas whilst cutting or cut naturally for a variety of different reasons.

NOTHING ELSE should replace strict diet and training
goodluck with your diet and training

Thanks for getting through that. I re-read my post and it is a disorganized mess. I'm going to stick with my fat burner supplement and strict diet + workout for a few months and see how my progress measures up. I'm going to type up my diet when I get some free time.
